Claiming your rewards couldn't be simplier:

STEP 1 - Register for Conference Rewards  

STEP 2 - Complete the claim form ensuring that you fully read the terms and conditions to make certain that you meet the required criteria to claim for Richmond Rewards.

STEP 3 - Send us evidence that your event has taken place and has been paid for in full. A receipt of invoice is the best document to send us. This must be sent to rewards@grandbrighton.co.uk.

STEP 4 - You will receive confirmation from us that we have received your rewards claim and we will confirm the prize you are eligible for, which is based on the value of your event. Then sit back and relax, as your luxury reward will be with you very soon.
