At Richmond Hill Hotel we have a variety of conference rooms in all different shapes and sizes to cater to your requirements.

The Ballroom
The impressive, classically elegant Regency ballroom – with high sash windows and polished dance floor – is the hotel’s largest function room, accommodating up to 250 guests for a reception buffet, 220 for a sit-down meal, and 180 delegates theatre-style.  Ideal for large conferences, product launches, stylish weddings, dazzling gala balls, and all manner of banqueting.

Richmond Room

Modern-style room, featuring a raised stage area with private bar, steps down into the main body of the suite. Situated to the rear of the hotel and on the lower ground floor, close to the hotel’s main reception area, it is perfectly situated for easy access and registration. Fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight. Ideal for meeting and private functions, excellent room for private dining.

Ormond Room

Modern – styled room, with 2 built in plasma screens which makes this room ideal for training sessions with four adjacent syndicate rooms for group work. On the same floor. Fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight. Ideal for meeting and private functions, excellent room for private dining. Located on the first floor of the hotel with lift access.

Stafford Room

A very elegant room on the first floor, possessing a balcony and French windows along the length of the room with a front view over the front of the hotel and The Queens Terrace.  Fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight and a built in plasma screen. This room is front facing and is  fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight and had a built in plasma screen. Ideal for meeting and private functions, excellent room for private dining

Park Suite

Located on the ground-floor, it has unique characteristics that include original wood panelling and ornate plaster mouldings.  Fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight. Ideal for meeting and private functions, excellent room for private dining. Licensed for civil ceremonies.

Queens Room

A beautiful room very functional room with a large bay window – ideal for meetings or private dining. Located on the ground floor with access direct to the restaurant. This room is front facing and is  fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight and had a built in plasma screen

Cambrian Room

A light sunny room with a large bay window and located on the first floor. This room is front facing and is  fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight and had a built in plasma screen. Ideal for meeting and private functions, excellent room for private dining

Beaufort Room

Modern-style room, featuring a separate reception area leading into the main room. Close to the hotel’s main reception area, it is perfectly situated for easy access. Studio Rooms

There are four bespoke studio rooms that are perfect for syndicate groups, interviews and smaller meetings. These rooms are front facing and is fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight.
