Our largest function room, the Ballroom, seats up to 180 theatre-style and 220 for a private dinner, making it suitable for conferences and product launches in Richmond: it’s also one of Surrey’s most popular wedding venues in Richmond. We have five further rooms with capacity for between 30 and 75 people, with further eight beautifully appointed smaller rooms. Seating from six up to 14 people boardroom-style, they’re ideal for board meetings, interviews and small training sessions in Richmond, or as ‘breakout rooms’ hired in conjunction with our larger meeting rooms.

The impressive, classically elegant Regency ballroom – with high sash windows and polished dance floor – is the hotel’s largest function room, accommodating up to 250 guests for a reception buffet, 220 for a sit-down meal, and 180 delegates theatre-style.
