You'll find photogenic spots just a stone's throw away from the hotel - perfect for a quiet moment together.
From the historic Ballroom with its Georgian sash windows and ornate chandeliers, to the Richmond Room’s private raised bar and sun terrace, choose your own unique space in which to say ‘I do’.
We're fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies, allowing you get all the legal bits sorted along with the celebratory reception in the same place.
Allowing you to have both your civil ceremony and wedding reception in the same location. You can choose from the wonderfully elegant Ballroom catering for up to 182 guests for the ceremony, the contemporary Richmond room for up to 102 guests or the beautiful Oak room with its character wood panelling for up to 72.
The registrar is available seven days a week, including Bank Holidays, with ceremonies available every day of the week. To arrange the civil ceremony you will need to contact the Richmond Registrar on 020 8940 2651.

After the big day, why not reminisce about the wonderful wedding with friends and family over a champagne breakfast or extend the celebrations with lunch or afternoon tea in 144. Not forgetting the hotel's wonderful setting with a whole host of stunning natural sights and attractions within easy reach; from beautiful Richmond Park and Kew Gardens to Hampton Court Palace and Thames River Cruises, you and your guests will not want to leave.
