Update: Friday 7th August: Please be aware that face coverings for our staff and guests are now mandatory in the hotel. You will be asked to wear a face covering when moving around any public area, this can be removed when seated for the consumption of food or drink, but should be put on afterwards. We are preparing to open our hotel, restaurants and bar on 4th July. As a team, we understand that there may be questions about what our experience will look like. We have been using the last few months to plan for a range of possibilities to ensure that when we are allowed to re-open, we are able to give you the confidence that we can do so safely. Following the government directive of Monday 23rd March, we are now closed until further notice. If you have a future individual bedroom booking with us you will be contacted in due course to ask whether you would like to postpone your stay or cancel with us, along with details of refunds that are being offered and how we are processing them for you. Please bear with our team whilst we work through our lists as efficiently as possible.

As of 23rd March we have also updated our cancellation policy in order to support our guests during this difficult time:
- Flexibility for existing reservations to be modified or rescheduled up to 24 hours before arrival, which currently applies to all arrivals before 30th June 2020, and will be reviewed ongoing. This also applies to all Advanced Purchase and Promotional rates which are normally 'non-cancellable'
- The same flexibility applies to guests who have booked via third parties, but guests will need to liaise directly with that third party
- Conferences and groups are being reviewed on an individual basis and are advised to contact our event team directly
