As with lots of areas of our lives, our hotel has looked a little different since March 2020 - we continue to be committed to keeping our guests and our staff as safe as possible during this time. From training, service and delivery, to cleanliness, food and technology, we have ensured that we were as readily prepared as possible to deliver a safe, flexible and exceptional customer experience.

Face coverings are no longer mandatory for guests and staff in public areas of the hotel however please feel free to wear a mask if you feel comfortable or prefer to do so. Although restrictions have relaxed, your comfort and confidence is still our top priority. We have updated some of our policies to reflect the changes which you can read about below.

We continue to ask our teams to fill in a daily health survey questionnaire and have their temperature checked every time they are in the hotel as well as completing two lateral flow tests a week.

CLEANLINESS

Our cleaning schedules continue to be reviewed on an ongoing basis with further enhancements made as necessary. Common touch points are sanitised regularly using a chemical-free, sustainable sanitiser - including door handles and lift buttons. We also have a number of hand sanitisers available throughout the hotel and on dining tables in the restaurant.

FOOD & DRINK

Following an independent risk assessment, we have updated our service and delivery plans and processes, and implemented screens and directional signage to adhere to safe distancing - enabling you to 'go with the flow' and enjoy your stay. Sanitisers are readily available at various stations within the hotel and we encourage regular usage of them.

HOUSEKEEPING

Room attendants continue to work to COVID safe standards and we are refreshing bedrooms daily during your stay. If you would prefer for us not to clean your room during your stay once you have checked-in please just let the team know.

Please note that as well as the protective screens at our Reception desk, you may notice a non-intrusive camera that will check your temperature on your entrance into the hotel. For your safety and comfort our lifts will operate at half capacity.
