You can make a reservation for future dates with no pre-payment. Amendments and cancellations are allowed until 2pm on the day with no charge when you select our 'best flexible rate'. If you book with us directly, you will also enjoy a free bottle of wine in your room, free parking and free early check ins and late check outs during July.

An update from our team on how we're preparing for reopening

We are preparing to open our hotel, restaurant, terrace and bar on 4th July. Our current plans include re-opening our bedrooms, alongside a fabulous room service offering. This will include specially designed continental breakfasts, which are delivered to your door contact-free. We will also have a new lunch and dinner menu including favourites from 144 On The Hill, which will be available in our restaurant and terrace, and as room service options. Please note that bookings will be necessary to dine in our restaurant or on our terrace. Additionally, you can make the most of your time outside with our takeaways.

We have spent the last few months working on our processes and measures to ensure that, when we can open our doors, it is with the confidence that we are able to do it safely. We’ve updated our action plans and have made an overview of what we are working on available below.

TRAINING & TEAM

We have implemented specialist training for our service and delivery teams to ensure a best in class and secure experience. Our team all complete return to work training and a new induction process, plus a health survey each morning.

SERVICE & DELIVERY

Following an independent risk assessment, we have updated our service and delivery plans and processes, and implemented screens and directional signage to adhere to safe distancing - enabling you to 'go with the flow' and enjoy your stay. Sanitisers are readily available at various stations within the hotel and we encourage regular usage of them.

CLEANLINESS

Our cleaning schedules have been reviewed and enhancements made to our already incredible standards. Common touch points are sanitised every 15 minutes using a chemical-free, sustainable sanitiser - including door handles and lift buttons. Room attendants now have double the time to carry out detailed room cleaning, and bathroom attendants monitor our facilities.

FOOD & DRINK

We have reviewed our entire offering - from how we work with our suppliers and the way you place an order, to the preparation and delivery of your items. We are offering room service breakfasts, pre-booked dine-in lunches and dinners, room service and takeaways.

We will follow any further guidance and recommendations as they are available, so that together we can be confident we have a clear and consistent industry-wide approach.

CUSTOMERS

If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms prior to your arrival, please contact us to re-arrange or cancel your stay, with a full refund. If you are experiencing any of the currently recognised symptoms, please do not travel to the hotel.

TECHNOLOGY

You may notice that we have reduced some of the touchpoints in our rooms. When you arrive, you will be provided with details about our free Wi-Fi, digital information, online newspapers and magazines, and our payment process.

EXPERIENCE

Your temperature will be checked through a non-intrusive camera on your entrance into the hotel. A member of our team will greet you and advise you of our check-in process. Please keep a safe distance from others and follow our directional signage.

We are planning to open our outdoor terrace on 4th July. Our sun-trap of a terrace is the perfect spot to while away some time sipping cocktails or trying out our extensive range of gins, whilst enjoying the delights of our new summer food menu. Please note, that when we open, bookings will be essential.
