Checking in & out

Our standard check in time is from 3pm and check out time is 11am. Feel free to drop your bags with us earlier on in the day and we'll look after them whilst you head out exploring and we get your beautiful room ready for you. We'll happily hold onto them on the day of check-out too so that you can squeeze in a little more fun before heading home.

Late check out is available for a fee (subject to availability) - please get in touch here to enquire.

Our gorgeous lounge and restaurant 144 On The Hill is the perfect space to enjoy a beautiful brunch, an unforgettable dinner, or a tempting nightcap or two before bed. Our tiered afternoon tea is inspired by our lovely leafy surroundings and our Sunday roasts, served with a side of live music, are always a guest favourite.

Wellness

Guests at the hotel have exclusive 24/7 access to our gym - a bright and airy space featuring a variety of Technogym machines for your workout, including treadmills, bikes, a cross trainer, a rowing machine, and more.

For pampering treatments, we recommend wonderful SKIN Lounge, which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Our team will also be happy to recommend where you can rent bikes, paddleboards and more in the local area.

The neighbourhood

We could talk about our beautiful hilltop location all day. Think riverside strolls, picnics in the park, colourful coffee spots, gorgeous green landscapes, and historic sights to explore. Plus, for a little slice of London life, the amazing museums in Kensington and the beautiful boutiques of Chelsea await just a short ride away along the District line. Richmond Hill Hotel strives to offer the best possible service to disabled visitors at all times. Although the main part of the building dates back to 1726, we have tried wherever possible to be accommodating to special needs. We have lift access to most of our floors. Our accessible toilet is located in our restaurant, 144 On The Hill. For any further assistance required please contact our team here.

Guests have complimentary access to a selection of digital magazines and newspapers whilst staying with us. Whether you're relaxing in bed, in the bath, or our bar and lounge, you can have a virtual flick through titles including Vogue, GQ, Conde Naste Traveller, and many more.

For an extra special arrival, you can add some guest favourite add-ons to your stay when booking, including bottles of prosecco and bespoke extras. Car parking is charged at £15 per 24hrs but is complimentary - alongside other exclusive perks - when you book your stay directly with us. Parking in our on-site car park is subject to availability.
